About the Department

The Anatomy Department is an active pre-clinical department devoted to teaching medical, paramedical, and nursing students. It features a state-of-the-art Dissection Hall equipped with a Virtual Dissection Table for sectional anatomy study and live dissection projection facilities.

Infrastructure Highlights:
  • Histology Laboratory with backlit histology charts.
  • Anatomy Museum with histology and cross-sectional anatomy galleries.
  • Research Laboratory equipped for advanced studies and upcoming genetic lab.
  • Well-stocked library with access to print and online journals.

The department maintains an active Body Donation Program. 4 responsible individuals have donated their bodies, and 15 others have pledged for the cause of Medical Education and Research. Embalming services are provided.
